Orders are dispatched from our Bangkok studio Monday–Saturday. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Delivery is via Kerry Express or Thailand Post depending on your location.

TRACKING
All international orders ship with full tracking via DHL or EMS Thailand Post. Your tracking number is emailed as soon as your order leaves our studio.

Import duties and local taxes are the buyer's responsibility. These vary by country. We recommend checking your local customs threshold before ordering.
PACKAGING
How Your Order Ships
Every DevDeva order ships in our signature ritual box — a rigid outer box with magnetic closure containing your piece wrapped in protective cloth, a Certificate of Authenticity, a stone meaning card, and a care guide. The packaging is gift-ready by default.
RETURNS
Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in original, unworn condition in their original packaging. Because every DevDeva piece is individually blessed, items that have been worn or used in ritual cannot be accepted for return.
