By accessing and purchasing from DevDeva Stone, you agree to the following terms.

1. Products

All gemstone jewelry sold by DevDeva Stone is handcrafted and blessed in Bangkok, Thailand. Natural gemstones vary in colour, texture, and pattern — minor variations from product images are inherent to authentic stones and are not defects.

2. Pricing

All prices are listed in Thai Baht (THB). We reserve the right to update prices at any time. The price displayed at checkout is the final price you will be charged.

3. Orders & Payment

Orders are processed upon successful payment via Stripe. You will receive a confirmation email after your order is placed. We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of pricing errors, out-of-stock items, or suspected fraud.

4. Shipping

We ship internationally to Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Japan, Australia, USA, UK, Germany, and France. Shipping times vary by destination. DevDeva Stone is not responsible for delays caused by customs or postal services.

5. Returns & Exchanges

We accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery for items that are damaged or defective upon arrival. To request an exchange, contact us at hello@devdevastone.com with photos of the item.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases. Custom or engraved items are non-refundable.

6. Spiritual Disclaimer

The metaphysical and spiritual properties described for our gemstones are based on traditional beliefs and are provided for informational and inspirational purposes only. DevDeva Stone makes no medical or scientific claims. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition.
