  2. 2Close your eyes and take three slow, deep breaths.
  3. 3Feel the weight and warmth of the stone. Notice any tingling or pulsing.

Step-by-Step

  1. 1Lie down or sit in a comfortable, supported position. Hold your bracelet in both hands.
  2. 2Close your eyes and relax every muscle from feet to crown — spend two minutes on this alone.
  3. 3Visualise a golden door. Behind it is the version of reality you are calling in.
  4. 4Open the door and step through. Make it vivid — sights, sounds, smells, feelings.

  3. 3Begin with three grounding breaths, feeling your body heavy and supported.
  4. 4Visualise the chakra as a spinning wheel of coloured light. Start at the root (base of spine) and move upward.
